Paola, a septuagenarian Corsican with a flamboyant temperament has a failing memory.

Her brother, the Minister of the Interior, Jean Christophe Guidetti, taken up with his political career, has decided to place her under his guardianship, in a nursing home in the Paris region.

​But indomitable and valiant, Paola doesn't see things the same way!

One night, she escapes with the help of her grandson Mathias and Rose, her nurse, triggering in spite of herself, a media and political whirlwind!
